Infrastructure
The hall which is normally used as cafetaria can easily be transformed into a banquet hall. Its surface of almost
200 m² accommodates about a hundred guests. The hall contains a spacious bar including all sorts of glasses, more than 20 tables and
over 100 chairs. It is also possible to rent plates and cutlery and even the sound system.
In addition to the hall you have access
to the terrace and a playground for children. When desired you can also use the kitchen (e.g. to do the dishes) and/or our sleeping
facilities.
All drinks (except wine) should be ordered via Fenoda, but in case you absolutely want to use your own provider,
this can be arranged. For the moment we do not have a kitchen to prepare your own meals.
Pricing
- Rental of cafetaria and terrace:
200€ (in case drinks are ordered via us)
- Rental sound system: 50€
- Rental of paltes and cutlery: 1,50€ per person
- Rental kitchen:
50€
- Heating: via wood stove: 60€/stere wood - via heat canon: 10€ + fuel (diesel!!)
- Sleepiung facilities: 15€ per person (without
sheets) or 19€ per person (beds are made)
Conditions
Detailed conditions are described in the contract. Some conditions are described
below:
- The hall is accessible from 9am on the day of the event until 9am the next day. If the cafetaria is not used the day before
or after, we may grant access earlier or later.
- Drinks must be ordered at least 10 days in advance. This is also valid for other
special requests.
- Cars must be parked on the parking or alongside the road.
- Smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace.
